This 5000 square foot, Fontile office renovation was tricky right from the start. The two-storey unit needed special permits for the renovation that was not easy to obtain.

But, with persistence and some “out-of-the-box” thinking, we obtained the permits in a timely manner and were able to complete the construction process on time.
