This Vancouver craftsman style home was built in 2010 and sold in 2011 for over $3.2 million dollars. Working with a developer we originally applied to build the new house and a laneway home, but in the end, the developer settled on building this three-storey, 5500 square feet home which includes a secondary suite in an excellent neighbourhood. Some of the incredible features in this home include around and spacious central staircase, a beautiful entertainment room and a full secondary suite which gives the homeowners added income every month.
