Durham Ave. Renovation Project:

New Westminster Renovation Project: This was an old house with one storey and an attic with a 6′ h. ceiling. We added a full-height storey above and in the basement.

The transition from an old house to an entirely brand new look was amazing and a huge makeover. New Westminster has many older homes that can be restored with their original glory and re-arranged to our modern lifestyle.
